All orders are sent via mail as registered shipments. You will be provided with tracking code that enables you to track package’s way to you.Customs fees, duties or taxes
Regolith Records is NOT responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes incurred upon delivery. You are responsible for paying these fees if required by your country's customs agents.Pre-orders
Pre-orders are paid in advance and are shipped when the ordered items become available (The dates of release and shipment are indicated in the description of the merch. If this information is not in the description, you can request details by email). In case of a delay or cancellation, your money will be refunded.
Limit of the number of the same type of goods in one order
It is not recommended to order more than four goods of the same type in one parcel: the customs authorities may recognize the parcel as a commercial shipment.Returns and compensations
If a situation happened that some thing did not arrive or arrived damaged, this fact must be documented at the post office where you received the parcel. Pay attention to the appearance of the package - if the package is damaged, you can ask the post office employee to open it in your presence and draw up an attachment damage report (also better take a photo/video of unpacking). Then you need to file a claim at the post office, attaching a copy of the act of opening the parcel to it, a check will be carried out, if it reveals that the mail is to blame for the defect, you will be compensated. We do our best to safely pack our merch and protect it from the harmful effects of the environment and postal employees. But jewel case is a fragile thing, so it may be broken during the delivery no matter how securely it was packed, anyway it is just a package for your CD or cassette and it is replaceable. So Regolith Records doesn’t take the responsibility for damaged jewel cases where none of the other components of CD or cassette are damaged. But you may use the instruction above to get some compensation even for damaged jewel case from your postal office. If the item you ordered is broken (not the jewel case but CD or cassette itself) but your post office refused to compensate you, please contact the email above.
Please understand that Regolith Records does not accept returns for records that you do not like because of the music. You may freely check out the music in player on release page, bandcamp, youtube or in other sources before ordering.
